Our Branch provides the annual Barbara Ruehl Memorial Scholarship to an area woman to assist her in completing her education. Scholarship requirements include:
high school diploma received at least five years ago,
financial need demonstrated,
accepted at a two or four year college, graduate school, or technical school,
